This place was a fantastic family getaway! We loved exploring Gatlinburg and were thrilled to have our precious dog with us. The room was spacious and cozy, making it perfect for our active kids. Rebecka, the manager, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful during our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, a larger breakfast selection would be great for families. We wanted more options for our kids in the morning.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the room had a beautiful fireplace that added to the charm. However, the continental breakfast was quite basic, and one staff member's approach to smoking outside was very unpleasant. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, with comfortable bedding and a lovely bathroom.

The location rocked for my trip! Super close to all the attractions, made walking around easy. The room felt cozy and newly renovated, giving it a nice touch. Free parking was a major win and really helpful. The staff? Absolutely friendly and went out of their way to assist when I needed it. One afternoon I requested extra towels, and they brought them quickly. I did struggle a bit with the WiFi. it kept dropping during my stay. It was annoying since I wanted to share pics from my trip. The pool could use some updates too. it seemed a bit tired despite being clean. Overall, I had a good time at River Edge Inn, but some improvements could really elevate the stay.

Recommended for a good stay
Check-in was smooth like my chemistry experiments, and the room looked really fresh, like it had just undergone a thorough transformation. The beds were comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day, and the balcony gave me that refreshing outdoor vibe.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
